For those wondering what Helium 10 is and what it is used for, it is an all-in-one software solution for Amazon FBA and Walmart sellers that enables them to make data-driven decisions. Instead of going through the frustrating work of guessing which products are selling well on Amazon and which keywords are being searched for certain product niches, the platform allows you to:
- determine keyword search volumes for product niches
- list your products on Amazons listing with ease

Recently, they have added 3 new features to their dashboard:
- a calculator that works out your net profit, once you have provided it with; your base price; shipping cost; reimbursements; Amazon FBA fees; refunds and PPC costs.
- Cerebro ASIN search bar- a search bar that allows you to search for any product on Amazon, using the product identification number.
- Magnet search- search for keywords related to your product and see if they are worth targeting and optimizing your product description in your listings.

The platform offers four different optimization tools for listing your product. Normally, you would create and manage your listing within the Amazon FBA/Walmart listing dashboard; however, Helium 10 has made it easier by allowing you to optimize your listing within their platform.
For the sake of keeping this review short and to the point, I won’t go into the details of every aspect of the listing tools, but I did want to highlight my favorite listing tool by Helium 10: Listing Builder. The AI assistant has helped me improve my product rankings by offering suggestions for my product descriptions and then automatically updating my listing on my Amazon FBA listing dashboard. It also notifies you when you have stuffed a particular keyword (used the keyword too many times in your listing, which may negatively impact your product rank).
3. Keyword Research
Keyword research is a vital aspect of e-commerce success. I have been using the Helium 10 Magnet tool to find high-search-volume keywords related to my product over the past few years, and as an SEO specialist, I must say that it is absolutely precise.
The Helium 10 Cerebro tool, another gem of the platform, allows you to search for products and see what keywords people are targeting for certain products.
4. Marketing and other features
Although I have not used their marketing features, I have only heard good things about their advertising platform services. Using this tool will enable to create custom ads and analyze their engagement through the analysis platform.
Another stand out feature that they provide is the email automation tool. This tool allows you to build and nurture relationships with your customer/potential customer base. Through email automation campaigns, you can improve your sales/marketing funnel and increase your check-out rates.

The Helium 10 index checker can show you on which page your product is ranking and for what keywords, which is important because the close you are to page 1 of a product search result, the more likely your product is going to sell.
Helium 10 extension: The best feature
That’s right! You heard me. this extension is by far the best feature of the platform. Once you sign up for a plan, you get a free Helium 10 XRay chrome extension, which allows you to do all your keyword and product research on the Amazon website.
This feature enables you to see sales data and trends for every product on the page, once you have searched a product. See what keywords are trending and get an idea of what keywords you need to optimize your product description, build competitor and product market reports by extracting the data into an excel file.
The only downside:
Depending on the Amazon market you are targeting, sometimes data will not be available because there are not enough sellers and revenue generated to abstract data from. Helium requires sufficient Amazon data to provide you with statistics.

There are currently are a variety of Amazon seller tools. You may recognize some, like Jungle Scout and Sellerboard. The second Amazon seller tool giant is Jungle Scout without a doubt.
I used them for comparison test trial for 6 months and I will hand it to them, their platform is impressive. However, in the context of Helium 10 vs Jungle Scout, I would definitely have to go with Helium 10.
Although the tools offered by both platforms is fairly similar and both accurate, Helium 10 just offers more resources and training and as a beginner Amazon seller, the training stage is vital
